• Free shipping for orders HK$800.00 and above
• Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch
United States, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia & Rest of the World
• Standard shipping cost: US$9.90
• Free standard shipping on orders over US$100
• Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days after dispatch
All delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. Business days exclude weekends and Chinese public holidays.
Customs & Import Tax Policy (Overseas Orders)
Orders shipped to overseas are delivered DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
The buyer is fully responsible for any import duties, value-added tax (VAT), customs fees, and local clearance charges imposed by the destination country.
These fees are collected by the shipping carrier or local customs upon delivery and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Failure to pay these charges may result in order refusal, return, or additional fees.
